Pros: I enjoy working with the Postal equipment and the new technology the Post Office offers for Pre-sort mail discounts. I get a sense of satisfaction knowing I'm mailing important information to our members.
Cons: Upper management constantly talking about outsourcing my job responsibilities. Causes low morale and I begin to question my loyalty to the Credit Union.

Pros: I enjoy working on mailing equipment and seeing the final product go to shipping to the Post Office. Knowing our members are being informed. I'm always looking for better ways to send out mailings that are cost effective and more productive.
