Family Dollar Stores Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Family Dollar Stores Inc?
Underpaid and Ignored.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Booneville:
Pros: Because I’m paid so little in relation to my experience, I have begun putting forth the level of effort they’ve purchased. (Not much)
Cons: None of the conditions I was given upon being hired have been acknowledged, much less met.
Its the worst I know I deserve better & I truly believe I could do better in a different company. If it wasn't for my customers I would have been given up.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Bennettsville:

Stepping stones.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Gallup:
Pros: My manager and co workers they make me feel accepted for who i am and that I belong.
Cons: Coworkers talking behind each others back, not giving constructive criticism, not being informed about what is happening at the store, not being able to grow career wise. I didnt take the promotion because I dont see myself working as an ASM.
Retail Assistant Manager in Dallas:
They under pay us and we deal with so much even dangerous situation. They didn't pay us holiday pay as told. That's not right something needs to be done. From going through robbery attempts and the company seems like they don't care at all. The number they give you to call does nothing. The only thing they seem to worry about is how much money is gone that's horrible. They need to do better and really check on the employees. We work hard for the company we expect some kind of recognition at least.
