Cons: Store management district management and being behind on putting stuff out . Won't listen To me about shutting store down to get everything caught up.
It depends on who you work with, but most of the time it's a good job.

Pros: Striving to do my very best everyday to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining exceptional levels of the door to shelf program, minimizing shrink controls, fostering a healthy, safe, clean along with good curb appeal to our customers and associates along with adhering to all of the companies policies, procedures and guidelines set forth as it adapts to our store culture within our community. I love the engagement along with interaction with our customers as I know most of them by name and treat them all with a high level of respect along with kindness!
Cons: Unfortunately there is much dysfunctionality occurring within the company to maintain an acceptable level of professionalism within the industry for the service we provide due to the ongoing struggles within the supply chain along with doing our best to control what we can control at the store level. The company needs to consider restructuring and focus on investing more into there people, especially those who care and consolidate store locations instead of solely on opening new locations/remodeling stores to retain and solidify the teams we have to make them stronger as we're living in much different world now than we did almost two years ago. Take care of your people and your people will take care of you! Everyone is hiring, employee retention should be more valued for those giving their very best everyday whom our dedicated, loyal, dependable, flexible all with exceptional in their positions.

Cons: Not getting my days 9ff not getting same pay as newer manger I've worked 3 years they could work one and be younger get More also pay being based on looks and popularity versus work ethic and performance and loyalty
