No support from upper management (RPM and higher). Expected to work RPM hours, do their work for less than $20/ hour. Inform HR to be ridiculed my director of OPs and RPM. So glad I left!
Its been a rollercoaster up and down. Theres good peoole above me. Just not willing go spend a little more. On employees and tenants.
