Eye Associates Northwest Reviews

What is it like working at Eye Associates Northwest?

Shorts staff and increased workload since covid, no hazardous pay.
Ophthalmology Assistant in Seattle:
Pros: I like the Dr I work with and the tech team I work closely with
Cons: Long commute
Since COVID-19 we’ve been short staff and increased work load on us, although they are hiring staff but with little to no experience, which slows us down and I work harder, a lot of stress. This issue is on going for more than a yr.
Ophthalmology Assistant in Seattle:
Pros: I like the most is the Dr I and tech I work closely with, I feel appreciated and valuable.
Cons: I feel like I’m not paid enough or just average with my years of experience and the this I’ve done. I am crossed train to many medical equipments and there is no hazardous pay, they gave us bonus 500 once and said that included the hazardous pay which looks like very low compared to other companies I’ve known.
