Extreme Networks Reviews

What is it like working at Extreme Networks?

It's good exposure to many technology and customers, work life balance is also there, togetherness is there, feel like family in smaller office settings.
Service Delivery Manager in Singapore:
Pros: flexiblility, camaraderie,
Cons: too many products and overlappings, mostly legacies, and the size of the company doesn't allow to compete for the big customers, hence manage too many small customers and more headaches.
Desktop Support Specialist:
It was Ok the management talks big but doing nothing for your opinion, and bad stuff is about the managements are totally depending on the person's immediate supervisor and my team lead was a lyre and not good in manner with the person who works under him, while he was very good in front of the management. Management has to realize and should work closely with each and every individual to get the proper judgement instead of totally relaying only that stupid person. This will be unfair to other people. I will never work again there !!
