Express Employment Professionals Reviews

What is it like working at Express Employment Professionals?

Rewarding.
Front Office Coordinator in Portland:
Pros: Helping local communities get back to work and growing the economy.
Cons: Unemployment benefits have given most people lack of incentive to work.
The job is self-rewarding because you help people find jobs; however, there is tremendous pressure to find individuals with specific skill sets for certain jobs.
Recruiting Specialist in Hillsboro:
Pros: I enjoy watching someone come in for work, go through our process, and helping them find a job they enjoy.
Cons: I dislike the tremendous amount of pressure I have. I have to recruit for a variety of different positions that are rigorous to fill. The positions sometimes pay below average & are on a shift most people are not interested in.
Fun atmosphere, engaging workload, room for advancement.
Front Office Coordinator in Waco:
Pros: my bosses are very understanding and trust me with everything I do; they believe in me and actively encourage me in the workplace. They include me in job fairs and business events; they trust me to represent the company well.
Cons: the commute; I would also like to receive a little higher wages.
Challenging and very time sensitive action needed.
Employment Specialist in Olathe:
Pros: The feeling of helping people.
Cons: Office stress
