Mechanical Engineer:
Overall a very strong company to work for. A true leader in the industry. I worked there for 10 years and feel we've really made serious strides in the last 3 to 4 years in terms of how the engineering department functions. We put a real focus on continual improvement, every week, through our L10 system that we implemented a couple years ago. That along with production demands and challenging new products and timelines make this company an exciting place to work. Every day isnt amazing but we are working together to make strides and management is behind that as well.
