Eskaton Reviews
What is it like working at Eskaton?
To take care of the hole unit makes me feel proud of it, but sad at the same time because I not recognize to have a better title where I can be more effective on how I get involved with my residents and their families.
Administrative Assistant in Carmichael:
Pros: To solve problems and to make my residents happy and their family members to trust us with their parents care.
Cons: I feel like I have to be careful with other employees because if they see me shining this employees do not want to stay behind and do tent to exagérate their attributes that sometimes might be my own.
Fairly Good Company To Work For.
Patient Care Coordinator in Rocklin:
Pros: For the most part the company is a fairly good company to work for. They invest in training and education. The higher ups are approachable. However, there is a lot of expectations especially on my position. I would say that with that kind of demand being on call 24/7 I would like to be compensated more.
Cons: Office politics
Not good.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Citrus Heights:
Pros: Taking care of the residents
Cons: Management and really bad pay for the amount of work being done
Does this company listen to their smoke?
Interior Designer in Seattle:
Pros: I like designing and meeting with all of the employees and residents at each community. I also really enjoy working with our vetted contractors because they are very real and honest people.
Cons: I feel that the COVID crisis has not been handled appropriately by the company. I feel they are not sensitive to the safety of their employees and somehow believe that the image of an employee in their desk seat, means work is getting done, but at home and safe (where the secondary shelter in place, effective 07/02/20 has said "if you CAN work from home, then you are working from home." I feel that the company has completely put all of their employees at risk of the virus, not to mention, all of their families at home.
I love to take care the patients.
