Epic Systems, Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Epic Systems, Corporation?
Positive Environment; Impactful and Challenging Work; Stressful.
Integration Engineer in Madison:
Pros: The work is interesting, it forces me to grow better due to the challenge and pressure, and it makes a positive difference in people's healthcare. All of the people that I work with are positive, driven, and intelligent. The campus is pretty cool.
Cons: Multiple customers - lots of task switching. Very high pressure, high mental drain, and often average 50 hours per week. No work from home and must live within 40 minutes of the campus.
Technical Support Engineer:
Lots of different growth paths, great raises, and cool perks makes it worth working here if you like being challenged (which sometimes means long hours). Biggest downside for me is lack of transparency with pay rankings and other management decisions.
