Epam Systems Reviews
What is it like working at Epam Systems?
Great place for self development.
Senior Software Engineer in Krakow:
Pros: Lots of learning opportunities
Cons: Have to actively push on management for getting raise. I expected to have a periodical performance review initiated by the employer.
Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer in San Ramon:
Mostly bad experience. Rude management, below the market pay. Unpaid overtimes and extra work for "shiny badges". No real reason to stay with the company unless you are a junior level eng in need of experience.
Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Los Angeles:
EPAM has exceptionally strong Engineering culture and very advanced training programs. There are multiple projects where engineering can show their best and gain new experience. Company is very flexible in terms on moving people around the Globe.
Good learning experience.
Senior Software Development Engineer, Test (SDET) in Málaga:
Pros: New technology, travel for new project
Cons: N/a
