Ensign Group of Companies Reviews

What is it like working at Ensign Group of Companies?

Accomplished and productive nobody.
Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Irvine:
Pros: Culture and values, however they are not practiced.
Cons: Friends and family nepotism + career advancement. Merit isn’t rewarded unless you have a family or close friend relationship. Lastly people are noticeable treated differently. Unfortunately, the demographics of who advances and who does not look good for the company. It may be implicit bias which is an accident but, still doesn’t make it right. Lastly little access to resources if you don’t have an in.
Glorified CNA plus rehab.
Physical Therapist Assistant in Midvale:
Pros: Coworkers
Cons: CNA duties. Mental health issues with patients. Smells horrible. NAs not trained before hire. Poor communication with administration and directors of each discipline. Low pay.
Not impressed.
Physical Therapist Assistant in Pocatello:
Pros: It's not a very stressful place and the staff on ground floor are good.
Cons: They talk the talk, but can't walk the walk. I can't get time to speak with my boss to get programs they want to get going and I have to do it myself. They don't appear to want to put in any effort for what they want.
Variety of problems and variety of work.
Maintenance Supervisor in Perth:
Pros: Being trusted to work without directives for my manager
Cons: Trying to get production to understand the importance of why maintenance requests of what not to do are important
