Enlivant Reviews

What is it like working at Enlivant?

The company is fine, Director is clueless as to what she is doing.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Albany:
Pros: The residents
Cons: Working in a situation where the management doesn’t know how to run the facility, and staff it enough to keep residents safe and happy. Therefore staff are working on skeleton crew trying to make sure all are happy and safe.
It’s a good job, but we’re extremely short staffed so I have to do a job of a lower position every day and I hate it,
Certified Medication Aide in Scranton:
Pros: The co workers & residents.
Cons: The amount of work everyone expects of the caregivers and the medication tech, who are the lowest paid in the building !
Administrative Assistant in Chicago:
Pros: The culture of the office.
Cons: Stress level.
Medication Aide:
I enjoy working at Envilant as a. RCP and MA. The biggest pro is working with and for the residents. The biggest con is starting pay is based on opinions not experience or work ethics. Benefits are what you pay for.
