Encompass Home Health Reviews

What is it like working at Encompass Home Health?

Hospice Nurse Case Manager in Lenexa:
It's been a little stressful with Couvid-19, but I have a wonderful team and administrators to help things go smoothly. Excellent pay, with opportunities to make bonuses. Very good benefits.I love the autonomy and trust put in me to provide a "Better Way to Care!"
Very rewarding, busy and get to view patients surroundings.
Home Health Care Provider in Tallahassee:
Pros: The rewarding experience of helping those that can not help themselves.
Cons: Below national average pay. Time consuming paper work.
Home Health Nurse in Pooler:
Pros: Taking care of my patients in their home. Being able to educate and take my time doing it.
Cons: When patients don't answer their phones when they are supposedly homebound. Not being able to get ahold of doctors offices.
There is never enough admissions.
Division Sales Manager in San Antonio:
Pros: How we care for patients, PDO, education classes, technology and programs, positive management team
Cons: Amount of admissions never being enough. Admission goals that are almost impossible to make. Primarily only accepting Medicare. Only getting 0.30 cents per mile for reimbursement. Having to share hotel rooms with coworkers on business travel. Having to go through multiple people for approval on everything. Very small marketing budget and having to pay for it all from personal account upfront. The restrictions on how much you can spend per person for marketing is very low.
