Employbridge Reviews

What is it like working at Employbridge?

Can be fun.
Survey Researcher in Bloomington:
Pros: I like the creation of the surveys and assessments
Cons: Not paid on a fair scale to national average especially with cost of living increase
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Martinsville:
I enjoy the team I work with, and the work I do is satisfying. The downside is as a company we are about trying to get better pay and benefits for our associates we put on assignments at clients, but we don't seem to do the same for our internal colleagues. I have struggled to get on the median pay scale for my position for years and can't ever get there and also if you are an internal employee applying for another internal position, you do not get call backs or interviews scheduled. Even if you do not qualify or they go with someone else, being an internal employee you deserve a call back to let you know. But they let you just drift and not know anything going on.
I enjoy my work but I feel underpaid.
Staffing Manager in Charlotte:
Pros: They trust me, they make me feel appreciate it.
Cons: Compensation
Stressful, not enough pay and currently 0 paid time off; its just a job at this point.
Administrative Assistant in Broken Arrow:
Pros: The freedom within my own branch to be trusted to do my tasks without being micromanaged.
Cons: I work way too hard for way too little pay.
It is challenging but also rewarding as things come together and success is achieved.
Project Coordinator, (Unknown Type / General) in Knoxville:
Pros: The people
Cons: The gaps in communication and not having frequent reviews
