Ellis Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Ellis Hospital?

Relatively good. Only issue is too much responsibility added to what I was initially hired for without extra pay.
Human Resources (HR) Recruiter in Schenectady:
Pros: Love the team i work with
Cons: Too much work for one person
Extremely challenging; frustrating, rewarding, physically active, requires good critical-thinking skills.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Duanesburg:
Pros: The interaction with many different people on many different levels and being able to help people at an important time in their lives.
Cons: Being understaffed and required to do all aspects of the care at times that physically and mentally drains me.
Security Dispatcher:
The turn around is high for alot of support staff and their departments. If your not part of the medical staff then the compensation will be horrendous and you will be looked down upon. Having great rapport with all of the medical staff and a strong work ethic will assist you in possible promotion but again the pay will only increase a few more dollars an hour even at a supervisor role. This place is a stepping stone for many many roles and careers paths and shouldn't be made into a life long career.
