Practice Manager in Perth:
Pros: Ability to work pro actively. Opportunity to develop the business and be a part of its continued growth
Cons: Too much sitting. Not paid enough. Would love more variety
Fantastic- base pay is great, opportunity for advancement and bonus/ Commision structure is great!
Director of Operations in Austin:
Pros: It’s still a smaller company and takes pride in all 65 employees. Our employees are long lasting, educated, professionals in their field. From house cleaner to sales, to upper management. Nobody goes home on busy days till we all go home! Team work is great, pay could be better, but the environment is much better than competitors.
Cons: Hiring process is too lengthy, and usually we lose one or two great applicants due to how long it takes to onboard them. This should be improved to a two week program, not 3-5. Good people will go elsewhere, be paid less, treated worse, but have a steady paycheck. 84% of our staff has been with us over 10 years. Some have been all 14 years of our existence

Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist in Richmond:
I was places with this company through Insight Global. Both companies withheld information regarding what the role entailed in addition to the horrible working conditions and toxic culture. This company was directly responsible for allowing confidential employee information to be held ransom through means of an open networking infrastructure with no backups or security. If you are looking at working for this company then you should pay close attention to the reviews of previous employees, the negative ones are all true.
