Ecumen Reviews

What is it like working at Ecumen?

All for the residents.
Shuttle Driver in Mankato:
Pros: Residents
Cons: Office employees dont understand what it takes to do transportation
Nursing Manager in Mankato:
Ecumen has great benefits (401k match up to 6%, competitive health insurance) and is a great organization with an inclusive culture. The only downsides: low pay rate and senior leadership are not held accountable.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
They are 'not for profit' like they say they are. You pay union dues for absolutely no union support. I get paid more working in rural clinic than north metro nursing home. No executive support, you are often left to figure things out on your own.
