Elementary School Teacher:
Considering this district is in a dilapidated area, I was surprised at the amount of resources that are available to teachers and students. From what I can tell parents are in control and are constantly running to the board or district to report building staff. I have not experienced this but it has been shared that the board allows parents to dictate solutions to problems or issues with staff.
