East Penn Manufacturing Co. Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at East Penn Manufacturing Co. Inc.?
Rewarding at times, and stressful at times.
Warehouse Manager in Salt Lake City:
Pros: The core values the company operates with.
Cons: Lack of communication at times.
SQL Developer in Allentown:
Can't treat Plant and Office workers the same all the time! The company needs to evolve and adjust the compensation scales based on the current market. 401K match is lacking as the company relies on one time Profit Sharing contributions instead. No flexibility with benefit start time. A person that worked as a contractor for 6 months before getting hired as a full time employee still has to wait 60 days for benefits. The 6 month contractor period only benefits EPM.
