Early Childhood Center Reviews

What is it like working at Early Childhood Center?

Head teacher and 2IC.
Head Teacher in Auckland:
Pros: communicating with parents and work colleagues, curriculum planning, delegating duties and responsibilities to teachers
Fullfilling Positive Position.
Preschool Teacher, (but not Special Education) in Laurelton:
Pros: Watching the children grown and learn is very fulfilling
Cons: My pay is horrible for the amount of time I put in. I do not get paid to do lesson plans or prep and I am expected to do both. My hourly rate is barely above minimum wage and I have been with the same company for ,17 years
Teaching is a passion. We do it for love.
Head Teacher in Wellington:
Pros: The relationships I've built with my kids, team and families
Cons: Centre owner
Las Vegas- where NO one sleeps.
Infant / Toddler Babysitter in Grosse Pointe:
Pros: Free parking, warm structure building, free coffee usually, the majority female staff
Cons: The pay, sitting on the floor, working barefoot, having to be in one room 8 hours, disinterest in center of how bored the babies really are.
