E. Ritter & Company Reviews
What is it like working at E. Ritter & Company?
Give and Take. Corporate heads don't have enough experience and make absolutely terrible changes.
Technical Support Representative in Jonesboro:
Pros: Colleagues know what they are doing in this field and have a uniform knowledge level. I can rely on my colleagues.
Cons: The upper management. They decide to change departments to make them more "focused on the customer experience and feelings during troubleshooting" rather than the actual quality of the technical support we give. 70% focused on Customer Service and their feelings during issues; 30% focused on the actual technical steps/lengths taken to fix the customer on the very first call. Customer Service reps deal with billing, NOT technical support.
