Residential Program Director in Eugene:
As a program director, the job is very demanding. It is also very rewarding knowing you are helping individuals with DD. It is not for the light hearted. It is time consuming and can take it out of you mentally, emotionally, and physically. This is more like 5 jobs in one, with limited pay. However, It has also been one of my favorite positions I have had in the medical field. My supervisor is amazing and the state director is as well. The peers I have are supportive and the best team I've ever had.

Pros: I like the clients and the fact that I work third shift because when my cleaning is done, I can study and work on homework.
Cons: The lack of communication from the supervisors to the employees and the low pay rate.
