Pros: That I am able to work by myself
Cons: The pay versus some of the jobs. Not enough time to get done in allowed time
Not enough organization on their part.

Cons: Not enough training for submitting paperwork over the app.
Pay rate are not followed. Raises are not given yearly and you have to always ask for an increase. When you finally get one it's time to ask again.
