Busy flow, but tangible results.
Office Manager in Boston:
Pros: The variety in what my day can look like which can make it dynamic and engaging. I rotate the same 20+ tasks which having a moment of importance. Most days commissions take priority, and some days are back to back presentation building or open house prep.
Cons: The stress around phones. Having to cater to 60 agents plus cold calls. Its hard to stay consistent with delivery when too many people have different avenues to get to you, things can slip which causes stress trying to prevent.
