Hotel HR.
Director of Human Resources (HR) in Pittsburgh:
Pros: I like the people and the environment. Everyday is different.
Cons: I feel under appreciated and under valued.
Stressful at times but some of the people make it worth it.
Server in Virginia Beach:
Pros: Meeting nice people
Cons: Meeting entitled people
Over worked, under appreciated and severely under paid.
Executive Chef in Lawrence:
Pros: Its 1 mile from home
Cons: Owner ship. Im constantly cut off from vendors due to owner not paying the invoices, constantly understaffed, no accountability for other department heads
Its a joke.
Painter, Construction and Maintenance in Fort Smith:
Pros: Nothing anymore
Cons: Nothing is done correctly and we arent appriciated
Ever changing.
Sales Coordinator in Christchurch:
Pros: The people and new connections. No day is the same.
Cons: Double standards and inconsistencies in processes
Everyone Walks on Eggshells.
Front Desk Agent in Madera:
Pros: My front desk supervisor and front desk co workers are great.
Cons: Management specifically the General Manager Steve Klien is a ticking time bomb. Either he's happy or angry, and makes irrational decisions that effects whole departments because he's upset. His behavior sets the tone for the other departments managers making them act similar. Becoming normal behavior, it's lawsuits waiting to happen.
Okay.
