I am not being trained properly to do what is required for my position.
Assistant Store Manager in Dorr:
Pros: the camaraderie with people, staying busy.
Cons: schedule
Lots of stress, good pay if you stay with the company.
General Store Manager in Monroe:
Pros: Interaction with my district manager, traveling to other stores to train new managers
Cons: The amount of stress
It would be more productive if there wasn't such a big employee turnaround.

Pros: Assisting customers, working with the few competent associates we have! Everyday something happens that I've never experienced before so those are teachable moments for me.
Cons: No communication. No organization. No training. Having to work long, hard hours bc 85% of the Sales Associates either call in or just don't show up.
