Assistant Manager in Forked River:
Company does not care about its employees. They expect everything to be done with a skeleton crew because they don't want to give hours. Workers are often alone for long periods of time. Benefits are minimal and expensive.
It would be great if I actually got the pay and the hours that I'm supposed to.
Key Holder in Osceola:
Pros: I'm not sure

This is NOT an award winning establishment in training the employees, communication is lacking, stressful environment and No leadership.

Work for Two.
Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Columbus:
Pros: If you are willing to relocate and/or work from home, there is a lot of opportunity.
Cons: Dollar General is a low cost operator. Everyone is expected to do enough work for two people. There is also an opportunity for knowledge management in DG. Because most people move between roles in every 1-2 years, passing on knowledge doesn't happen.
