Disney World Reviews

What is it like working at Disney World?

Quality Assurance Manager in Orlando:
Remember the movie "Mean Girls" about high school social cliques? I suppose if your besties with the Cheerleading Mom, it isn't so bad. Otherwise, be prepared for snarky remarks, cattiness and marginalization.
I love it.
Retail Merchandiser in Villa Rica:
Pros: It is easy, I get to meet new people and play with Disney products every day.
Cons: After being there for so many months I would like to have more responsibilities.
Fast pace and ever changing environment.
General Manager, Regional in Orlando:
Pros: Challenges every day. I enjoy problem solving and this role allows me to be flexible and solve appropriately. I lead a very large diverse team of 9 middle management and 300 frontline employees
Cons: I like least that Disney is Closed due to Covid19
Awesome.
Actor / Actress in Los Angeles:
Pros: The free lunches
Cons: Hard work
