My direct manager is great, upper management needs to go. My coworkers are amazing. The pay is great and the benefits are pretty good too. Ive worked for Dignity for 12 years and I get 9 weeks of PTO. I feel that I have the support to do my job and voice is heard when change is needed.
Nurse Practitioner (NP):
I like Chandler regional hospital, not completely sure about the other dignity facility. Benefits are great. Compensation not that great. Management not bad, Best work culture. One time I hated chw, in my opinion it is way better now.
