Dignity Health Reviews

What is it like working at Dignity Health?

It's busy, you basically are also performing 2 jobs. The monitor Technician job and answering phones answering act like a secretary. You should be paid for 2 positions.
Cardiac Monitor Technician in Phoenix:
Pros: Some of the people I work with.

Feels like slavery. Disrespected, unappreciated and abused.

It’s great but for what we do we’re not getting paid enough.

Pros: Being independent building relationships with patients
Cons: Pay rate
Human Kindness.
Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care in Mesa:
Pros: I love that we not only function as a strong evidence based practice community, but we are able to speak to the human aspect. Dignity health holds the human kindness factor in all aspects of their business.
Cons: Because we are able to treat our patients and each other as individuals, we are able to look at each ondividual scenario for what it is. this type of thinking can sometimes become too emotional and not every employee is treated the same.
Challenging.
Cardiac Monitor Technician in San Bernardino:

Respected.

Dignity Care is a caring home care Agency.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Bangor:
