Didlake Incorporated Reviews
What is it like working at Didlake Incorporated?
Environmental Manager in Warrenton:
Pros: The Mission
Cons: Tenure in the organization is not always considered or valued when considering compensation. Raises are based on a decided percentage /cost of living across the board instead of evaluation of individual work performance.
Two for the price of one.
Environmental Manager in Manassas:
Pros: I love the mission and the working with the people we serve
Cons: I feel taken advantage of. I've been with the company for almost 20 years and it seems that I should feel lucky that I have been able to advance at all without a college degree, even though I work very hard within the organization to grow and EARN (not be given) a higher position. It doesn't appear that they compensate different departments fairly.
