Pros: I enjoy improving the lives of my patients. Our work is very rewarding.
Cons: Mid level providers are not easy to work with. If you don't have a masters then it is looked down upon by them. They treat you like you are not as smart as them.
Just because you do more work, doesnt mean you get more pay.

Pros: alot of different issues arise to be troubleshot.
Cons: alot of handholding people on technology, not clear about payscale,if your able to help, you might not have access to help, alot of workarounds. has access to telecommute the job, but almost never allowed.
Always busy, but overloaded. Not noticed of what work is involved.
