What is it like working at D.R. Horton Incorporated?

Giving it your all will never be enough.
Construction Superintendent in Iowa City:
Pros: The coworkers all get along really well, but it is very departmental. Construction all gets along, sales get along, purchasers get along, but the departments do not mesh well with one another
Cons: Extremely long hours during the building season. Unreasonable expectations given the provided resources. The company is constantly over promising and under executing.
Challenging work, excellent pay, antiquated corporate culture.
