Cub Foods Reviews

What is it like working at Cub Foods?

Its a hard trade to learn but I'm not gonna give up.
Meat Cutter in Minneapolis:
Pros: My job i love it but its hard to learn how to cut bc it doesn't come easy
Cons: The pay and the work they expect from you
Fun, flexible and free.
Cake Decorator in Plymouth:
Pros: Freedom to create your own designs, flexible hours, employees are great - we’re like a family there
Cons: Sometimes, I feel like the “Minnesota nice” got the better of the managers, giving one too many chances for employees who needs to step up/improve which leads to nothing getting done and we’re still stuck in the same situation.
I had a lot of fun being the main cook on the day shift.
Deli Clerk in Rogers:
Pros: The benefits
Cons: The union, and that they emphasize on seniority ratings, but they really don’t mean anything
Cub Foods Cashier Review.
Cashier in Brainerd:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: The management and that they will take advantage of you or if you request one to many days off they will terminate you for a month.
