Waste Water Plant Operator in Enumclaw:
Pros: The landscape and the people, management does not micro manage us. no strict schedule as long as things are getting done.
Cons: Working with my direct manager can be a challenge. Most of the time its fine but when its not, its really not. Pay rate is very low for my qualifications and for the all effort I have put into this job over the last almost 8 years. I never feel appreciated.

Pros: I really like the people and the landscape, nobody micro manages this department, no strict time schedule if you get things done.
Cons: It can be a challenge working with my direct manager. Most of the time its fine but when its not fine, its very stressful, to the point of almost quitting. The pay rate is low for my qualification and after almost 8 years and all the effort to work above and beyond your duties, it would be nice to feel the appreciation back from your employer.
