Pros: Employees are offered good starting salary. We also get free snacks.
Cons: The company is really unstable because of lack of job security. The management is too focused on reaching certain goals and showing certain numbers despite these not reflecting the real condition of the company. The managers are willing to ignore the well-being of the employees just to chase abstract values that do not really reflect the company's performance. This mentality results in a high turnover rate and lack of growth for the employees.
