Crocs, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Crocs, Inc.?

Working at Crocs SA.
Retail Store Supervisor in Johannesburg:
Pros: The company has a competitive pay structure. The staff is always friendly and treat each other like family
Cons: There is limited opportunities for growth. Employees are not appreciated and are often overlooked for promotions
A good part-time retail job, but that’s it.
Store Team Leader in Honolulu:
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, free shoes, employee discount, flexible hours
Cons: I work more than 20 hours per week and I legally qualify for health benefits in my state, but I have not been offered any. Upon hiring, job duties were not fully disclosed when asked, and more responsibilities added on without a raise after beginning job.
Retail Store Supervisor:
The company as a whole is a good place to be at. It all breaks down when it gets to Head Office that it becomes a problem. The head office staff do not understand their job descriptions and what they are to do. Store level employees are never happy unless they are situated in Cape Town near Head Office.
