Pros: That I'm constantly learning new things and that I have people who put up with me..Atomsphere
Cons: That the fact I've been with yall for a year. Gotten my par raises and that yall are offering 15.05 no experience Avg. Cook makes 16 around us
Server in Hampton:
Pros: good tips due to how busy it gets. love (most) coworkers as a family. rewarding.
Cons: management & how things are run
Stressful.
District Operations Manager in Memphis:
Pros: The employees and managers . I love the engagement with the generational guest
Cons: Hours , work life balance , leadership at operations level

Stressful but the older people that come in make your attitufe change.
