Coram Specialty Infusion Services Reviews
What is it like working at Coram Specialty Infusion Services?
You do a lot of busy work.
Administrative Clerk in Plainview:
Pros: I like my collegues.
Cons: I'm not happy about the lack of significant salary raises and lack of promotions.
Although I have to maintain an acceptable rate of productivity, accuracy is more important. My job is reasonably fun and interesting.
Warehouse Assistant in Mendota Heights:
Pros: I enjoy checking other employees work for accuracy, but that's a job requirement; as we are not allowed to sign off our own work.
Cons: Building styrofoam lined containers.
Clinical Documentation Specialist:
You are micromanaged by your supervisor. They constantly walk the floor looking over your shoulder asking if you’re ok or need any help. It frustrated me because I am capable of doing my job without being micromanaged and I know how to ask my supervisor for assistance if needed. You have limited space to work and sometimes you don’t even have the resources to complete your duties, such as a telephone. Management consistently makes changes once or twice a week without the input of the employee’s only to change it back to the way it was previously done because the new changes didn’t work. Nothing seems to be thought out in advance. You aren’t allowed to discuss issues with a person in another department. Communication is a joke. The building is very cold. The paygrade is low for representatives with years of experience. Temps make more. The medical insurance is expensive for such a large company.
You’re allowed to get overtime and makeup missed hours if approved in advance. Dental, vision, HRA, life insurance are awesome.
