Consigli Construction Company Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Consigli Construction Company Inc.?
A place to grow your career, not just another job.
Project Engineer in Washington:
Pros: Consigli has a great amount of energy. You are implicitly trusted to get your job done without someone hovering over your shoulder. The company actively seeks people who are assertive self-starters so no one on your team is riding your coattails, you are all in one boat each person rowing as hard as they can. Though there is a career progression path, it's not a strictly hierarchical company. A Senior Project Manager will perform a submittal review if the Project Engineer is swamped and needs assistance.
Cons: It's an unavoidable part of the industry. You and your immediate project team are located at your jobsite so it can take a while to get to know others outside of your immediate team. However, we do regularly have meetings with everyone, including three times a year where the whole company comes together.
Consigli.
Construction Superintendent in Cambridge:
Pros: Autonomy, room to make decisions
Cons: Tough industry, tough subcontractors to manage.
