Conifer Health Solutions Reviews

What is it like working at Conifer Health Solutions?

Medical Billing Specialist in Houston:
Conifer is an okay company to work at. The great thing is that positions are remote. Pay raises are annually but the raises are very minimal. Benefits are decent. HSA or FSA. There are 10 paid holidays and PTO.
Designing, writing and managing sales materials for prospective and current clients.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles:
Pros: The versatility and how many different things I get to work in and do. It really uses my brain at times, which is fun.
Cons: Recently I have been given too much without any signs of slowing down as the company wants to grow, and in the midst of this I was given more job roles which enhances the stress factor.
All good things come to an end.
Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst in Frisco:
Pros: In all honesty, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Conifer. I've worked with some terrific management and they really gave me a chance to learn a lot of new skills. The work environment was always a fun one. Work/life balance has been terrific.
Cons: A lot of changes have happened and it's just not the same company anymore. Like many other companies, communication is an issue. Communication ended up costing me money. The company will soon be sold and a lot of "cost cutting" has occurred. The stability of the company has been on a slow decline.
Over worked and pay is crap.
Data Integrity Specialist in Tacoma:
Pros: Not much
Cons: Doing the job of 3 people and not getting paid enough
