What is it like working at Concordia Care?
Working for Concordia as a CNA is stressful and the work load is very heavy. We have combative, psychotic and bariatric residents that are very hard to provide care to also we cnas usually have 11 to 12 residents on a daily basis.

Pros: I like most about my job is we all seem like family. I love that we all greet each other and laugh and joke with each other. Also the fact that I'm well known for doing the most I can for everyone I can help.
