Charge Nurse (RN) in Grand Junction:
Long hours. For a measly 2 dollars an hour extra only when clocked in as charge. The hospital does not pay a difference for Charge from any other regular RN. It is not considered a upward move by Hr simply more responsibility with no incentive. Really and truly disappointing.
