Community Health Centers of The Central Coast Reviews
What is it like working at Community Health Centers of The Central Coast?
Overworked.
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) in San Diego:
Pros: I have a gain a significant amount of experience and knowledge in different specialties. They also allowed me to pursue my educational goals.
Cons: I hate that they will over work their staff, make office work short staffed, excessive work load due to staff shortage, excessive discipline for minimal circumstances. They don’t appreciate their food employees nor reward them. The pay is no longer suitable for the employee experience and contribution to company’s success. Raises are not competitive compared to other employers and cost of living
