Good pay for a 10 month position but the stress is not worth it.

Cons: Too focused on productivity, poor communication and poor planning for implementation of processes, too much middle management that muddles communication, poor support for new hires, infrequent salary review, low and poor morale

Pros: good pay, productivity bonus, shared call (one night a month on average), good nursing support, learning opportunities in house, good 403b match, decent health insurance. Cons: intense productivity environment, very little control over day to day, hour to hour schedule, little if any input into leadership decisions on patient care, organization is involved in many extracurricular activities that take their time and attention away from “routine”/nuts and bolts concerns of providers, extracurricular activities financed by high volume of patient encounters, medical assistants like a pack of wolves if providers rub them the wrong way.
