I love doing maintenance and enjoy being at work everyday. It just the owner doesn't know how to treat her employees. I am taken for granted any chance they can and because I love doing what I do I will go above and beyond even if I'm not payed.
Maintenance Engineer in Boise:

When it's like working as a general manager and a Comfort Suites?
General Manager, Hotel in Normal:
Pros: Customer service and making everyone smile and feel better
Cons: Complaints
Fun most of the time.
General Manager, Hotel:
Pros: Meeting new people and helping.
Cons: Angry people is not fun. Not having support from superiors and not being able to effectively manage room rates. Often times my ideas are ignored, and my bosses have little experience in the field.
