Comcast Spectacor Reviews
What is it like working at Comcast Spectacor?
For as "Cool" as Working in Sports May Seem, Comcast Spectacor Lacks the Youthful Soul in its Culture Needed to Enjoy It.
Marketing Communications Manager in Philadelphia:
Pros: The content of my job is very exciting. Working with sports and entertainment, the topics I discuss on a daily basis are "fun" and relatively light-hearted. Often times, we are doing great things for the community and using the platform of a professional sports team to impact issues larger than ourselves.
Cons: There is no appreciation for employees that sit below a Director level and no outlined growth plans or sense of autonomy for individual departments. There is a big "executives" vs. "everyone else" mentality that creates a culture driven by approvals from top-seated executives.
