Coleman Professional Services Reviews

What is it like working at Coleman Professional Services?

Good place to start.
Mental Health Counselor in Akron:
Pros: Its a good place to get your Independent License.
Cons: Mangers are poorly trained and have a history of making questionable decisions.
Big dreams, poor outcomes.
Mental Health Counselor in Akron:
Pros: I like working with my clients.
Cons: Upper Management is not concerned about quality of life issues for employees.
Purposeful Unorganized Mess.
Senior Accountant in Akron:
Pros: I am not micromanaged. I have proven my competency and have a strong relationship with the controller and CFO and work on high level projects (thus I know how much of a mess things really are) and they both give me free range to do what I need to complete the project.
Cons: Other staff are rude, especially anyone on the clinical side of things and they are more rude to accountants but worse than that is you have to clock in and out. Yes! as a salary accountant you MUST clock in and out for lunch and back in for afternoon and OUT for end of day. If you work 50 hours a week you get NO overtime but if you work 49 hours the next week THEY WILL REDUCE YOUR PAY BY 1 HOUR! I can't make this up. This is a very real thing.
No shortage of work.
Senior Grant Writer in Kent:
Pros: Varied, self motivated
Cons: Pay seems low in comparison to managers who are my closest colleagues.
