Student Services Coordinator in Cleveland:
Pros: Working with students. I enjoy being a support system for them. I also like helping parents and high school counselors with getting information to their children.
Cons: Management needs help. There is no proper training, they allow peop8ro get away with not doing their jobs. The pay such for the amount of work that we do. We're not appreciated or respected. Upper management only looks out for their favorite to promote or give raises to. IRS hard to move to other areas.
